This great house is available for stays of 31 nights or more. (It’s not a short term rental & thus not available for stays shorter than 31 nights). Our family’s 4 Bedroom / 3 bath home is located in the “Old Tahoe” community of Cedar Flat between Tahoe City & Carnelian Bay. You’ll also have access to a private beach & pier. Quiet neighborhood.
We can accommodate 8 w/ 4 bedrooms in this large & comfortable home with 1,990 square feet. Private HOT TUB!

Guest Access

You will have access to my entire 2 story home There is a private, homeowner’s association beach & pier that you can visit. It’s a bit too far away to walk but there is roadside parking outside the locked gate.

Other Things to Note

We’re in the Sierras and it’s always cooler than in the valley. Like most places at Lake Tahoe, this one does not have air conditioning. We have portable fans and it always cools down at night.
We want you to have a great time at Tahoe but before you reserve this property, please be sure you’re ok with the rules… 1. Excessive Noise / Loud Music that can be heard by neighbors especially after 9pm is prohibited. (We don’t expect you to whisper; just please keep the noise down).3. Maximum occupancy limits- we are limited to 8 people on site / occupying the property.4. We do not allow pets.
