Overview
Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort (formerly Squaw is only about 5 minutes away. Great condo w/HOT TUB on our deck with incredible views of the stars. (Pool open in summer). Lots of hiking, rafting, fishing, horseback riding & sightseeing opportunities nearby. We’re about 100 yards from the Truckee River & the Bike Trail. We’re within walking distance of dining & drinks @ the River Ranch.
Alpine Condo
The Space
Our condo is nicely furnished and the beds are comfy! We just finished remodeling the Great Room with new kitchen, slab granite counters, new flooring, cabinets and appliances!
There's lots of space inside (about 1300 square feet). You'll love the view from the deck and hot tub!, see the Sierras during the day and the stars at night!
Guest Access
You'll have access to a great outdoor pool in the summertime. The Hot Tub is on our deck & it’s available year round.
Other Things to Note
We have WiFi. It is the top tier internet service that is available in our area. It is high speed but probably not as high speed as what is available in metropolitan areas.
