Other Things to Note

We’re in the Sierras and it’s always cooler than in the valley. Like most places at Lake Tahoe, this one does not have air conditioning. We have portable fans and it always cools down at night. We want you to have a great time at Tahoe but before you reserve this property, please be sure you’re ok with the rules… 1. Excessive Noise / Loud Music that can be heard by neighbors especially after 9pm is prohibited. (We don’t expect you to whisper; just please keep the noise down). 2. We have parking in our driveway for 3 cars max. Short term renters are never allowed to park on the street. (If you have more than 3 cars, ask about options). 3. No parties or events can be held at any short term rentals. 4. Maximum occupancy limits- we are limited to 8 people on site / occupying the property. 5. We don’t allow pets.
