Overview
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lots to do, minutes away from downtown Tahoe City, near-by lake access, shopping and dining. This fully updated and fully furnished condo has all you need for your Tahoe Adventure. The HOA offers summertime tennis courts, a summertime swimming pool and a year-round Hot Tub.
This is not a short-term rental (minimum stay is 31 nights).

Guest Access
There is free, off street parking in the complex. You’ll find parking spaces a short walk from the front door.
The upstairs queen bedroom is a Loft Bedroom so there is no door at the top of the stairway and only a half height wall separates the loft from the living room. Guests in the living room cannot see into the Loft Bedroom but sound is likely to transfer between the 2 spaces.
Other Things to Note
We want you to have a great time at Tahoe but before you reserve this property, please be sure you’re ok with the rules…
1. Excessive Noise / Loud Music that can be heard by neighbors especially after 9pm is prohibited. (We don’t expect you to whisper; just please keep the noise down).2. We have parking in our driveway for 3 cars max. Short term renters are never allowed to park on the street. (If you have more than 3 cars, ask about options).3. No parties or events can be held at any short term rentals.4. Maximum occupancy limits- we are limited to 8 people on site / occupying the property.5. We don’t allow pets.
