There’s a hot tub spa in the complex that’s open year round! (Pools are open in the summer).
Guest Access
The entire inside of the condo is yours to enjoy along with the back patio. There are extensive grass areas and tennis courts that are shared with the other occupants in the complex. Both pools and hot tub are shared with the other occupants in the complex. The pools are open in the summer months. The hot tub is open year round.
Other Things to Note
2 SUMMER POOLS & YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB:There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Here is the latest information for Summer 2025: LARGE FAMILY POOL: OPENMemorial Day thru Labor DayFamily Pool Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. QUIET POOL: OPENMemorial Day thru Labor DayQuiet Pool Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. SPA & SAUNA: SAUNA-MAY BE CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCALLS. The SPA/HOT TUB is OPEN YEAR ROUND TENNIS COURTS, PLAYGROUND & GAZEBO: OPEN! Our county recently passed a law that states that short term rentals are not allowed to have a gas BBQ on the premises unless it’s 10 feet away from any combustible structure. Our insurance company required us to remove our BBQ. Sorry! 95% of the places at Tahoe do not have air conditioning. Ours is one of them. It does always cool down in the evenings and if you open the windows, it will cool down nicely. There are also portable fans in the closets.
