Overview
You’ll love this family owned home that’s 1.2 miles from Lake Tahoe & 5 mi. from Northstar.
Lots of room to spread out with a downstairs game room & small pool table. House is also a short walk to the shuttle bus stop. You'll love it here. Private Hot Tub comfortably fits 4-5 people.
Lots of nice hikes nearby including the Tahoe Rim Trail. Far enough away from the city to be quiet but still close to lots of shopping & dining options. 18 mi. from Palisades Tahoe ( formerly Squaw - Alpine).

The Space
We're just 5 miles from the entrance of Northstar and 1.2 miles from the shore of Lake Tahoe. The house has been remodeled and is nicely furnished. The downstairs game room is a great place for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoy the upstairs great room. Here’s the sleeping arrangements: Bedroom #1: King Mattress Bedroom #2: Queen Mattress Bedroom #3: Triple Twin Bunk Bed (3 Twin Size Mattresses) Bedroom #4: Triple Twin Bunk Bed (3 Twin Size Mattresses) Wallbed: We have a Queen Size Wallbed that is located in the downstairs Game Room. This Wall Bed opens into the Game Room which is outside of the two twin bunk bed bedrooms.
